Russ Gaskin

Russ helps companies achieve High Performance Engagement. He support company leaders, employees and their stakeholders learn to engage productively across their differences and create more inclusive and engaged organizational cultures.

Russ has consulted with both public and private organizations in the United States and Canada and has particular expertise in stakeholder engagements, collaborative decision making, and cultural alignment. Most recently, he assisted a fast-growing U.S. public company in the design and launch of an ongoing domestic community stakeholder network and conducted a national research project on inclusive practices and policies with executives of Fortune 500 companies for the Institute for Inclusion.

Russ has served as director of the Green Business Network, an association of 4,000 values-driven businesses, and the Social Investment Forum, the U.S. trade association for financial institutions engaged in socially responsible investing. His broad managerial experience includes strategic and operational planning, marketing and communications, human resources, intellectual property, and technology. He has served on advisory boards for eBay's World of Good and the Good Housekeeping Green Seal of Approval.

He holds a master's degree in Organization Development from American University and the NTL Institute and is a member of the Society for Organizational Learning and the Organization Development Network. In addition, he draws on formal training in a number of respected behavioral science technologies, including the U-Process, Polarity Management, Cultural Transformation Tools, Appreciative Inquiry, Co-creative Engagement, and Gestalt facilitation.
