Lynda Fernyhough

Lynda Fernyhough is a catalyst for personal development with extensive group facilitation and training experience. She has facilitated the Clear Leadership program with corporate clients and MBA students since 2000. She has also co-led Learning in Real Time with Dr. Gervase Bushe in his consulting practice, and with MBA students at Simon Fraser University. These 3-day simulations are designed to improve leader's effectiveness under conditions of rapid and uncertain change.

Lynda's extensive background in research and her ability to train and lead teams has given her the opportunity to manage several large multidisciplinary, international studies. As a consultant, Lynda has helped organizations identify inefficiencies in their internal practices and seen her recommendations through to completion. In addition to project management these initiatives involved direct accountability for communications, development of training materials, delivery of training, and testing of the new processes to ensure the desired results were achieved.

Lynda has a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, B.C. and has worked as a group and individual counsellor in a variety of capacities including addictions, family and trauma counselling. Her interest in making a difference caused her to develop and deliver the Clear Parenting Training program, in order to improve the dynamics within families and begin the development of tomorrow's Clear Leaders.
